FPD Management Team

FPD Power Development has a strong, experience management team and employee group. Backgrounds of the senior management team are as follows:

Bob Meyers, CEO and CFO joined FPD Power in January of 2006. Mr. Meyers is the former President and CEO of Transport Corporation of America, Inc. Transport America is one of the nation's largest and most respected public truckload carriers. During his ten year career at Transport America, Mr. Meyers served as CIO, CFO and COO. Mr. Meyers was the CFO when the company went public in 1994. Mr. Meyers has been involved in accounting, information management, corporate management, business turnarounds, sales and acquisitions and business formation for over 25 years. Mr. Meyers was founder and President of MicroMation, Inc., a successful software development firm. He has served in senior management, accounting, finance, and information systems positions with Deloitte and Touche, Dayton-Hudson Corporation, TMW Systems and Tennant Company. Mr. Meyers has a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a MBA both from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John S. Donnelly, Board Member, has over 30 years of senior management experience is a broad range of companies and industries. Since 1989, Mr. Donnelly has served as a principal in partnerships specializing in restructuring under-managed companies. In this endeavor, he operates with a group of associates who have, under his supervision, strategically reorganized or repositioned organizations involved with manufacturing, trading, transportation, distribution, architectural, software, and restaurant operations. Mr. Donnelly has an MBA from the Amos Tuck School and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Jeff Gale, Executive Vice President of Business Development, has been involved in the development and engineering of energy-related projects throughout North America. He works in the areas of the development of generation, cogeneration, performance contracting, and contract negotiation. Prior to coming to Commonwealth Electric in 1999, Mr. Gale was with Energy Masters, an Xcel subsidiary.

Mr. Gale is well known and respected for his integrated approach to project development, from conceptualization though start up, operations and ownership. He actively participates in all phases of project development and ownership and is flexible with co-sponsors and customers regarding the scope and level of our participation.

Roger Mulder, Executive Vice President and Project Director, has over 30 years of electrical, instrumentation and controls experience. Mr. Mulder was Vice President and then President of Commonwealth Electric where he oversaw the Project Management Staff. While at Commonwealth he also served as a Project Manager for over 18 years.

Gary L. Loge, Corporate Safety Director, has more than 25 years of training and safety experience. Gary has a Master Trainer certification and is qualified to instruct 37 different safety courses. He has developed numerous safety programs over the course of his career.
